LE Management Ltd began with a leap of faith and a whole lot
of heart. What started as a small business called
Lauren’s Lodges quickly grew into something much bigger —
a family-run company built on passion, resilience, and a commitment to helping others.

Our journey began when life called for a change. With my son being non-verbal and autistic, full-time school wasn’t always possible, and I needed to create a life that allowed me to provide for my family while still being present for them. Leaving my office job behind, I took a chance, stepped into a new adventure, and started managing holiday homes with the hope of building something meaningful.

 

As time went on, we welcomed more wonderful clients, grew stronger, and eventually became LE Management Ltd — a proud and trusted name in property management and hospitality across North Devon.
